Brazilian police have revealed, on Sunday, that the rule of stabbing a player and kill him when he refused to get out of the field and to comply with government orders, are the masses of killing governance and cut off his head, and his body representation.
Police confirmed that the referee Octavio da Silva stabbed The Jusynar player dos Santos after the latter refused orders to leave the stadium, prompting the crowd to attack the referee and killed him and cut off his head.
